The Jelly Belly's

Now this is for the ladies, MiMi and friends for her 52nd birthday decided to become belly dancers, click on the video and you will see Mimi doing her dance with her costume and jewels on.  Can you believe it? I think I am princess Jasmine.... woo hoo, what a work - out.

The Snakes crawl at night

Okay, this song goes out to all the baby girls in the house, "Oh the snakes crawl at night that's what they s....ay when the sun goes down then the snakes will pl...ay.
Now this is a "good" snake, that cotton mouth that Scott swung over his head like a lasso and flung into the field was a bad snake.  We being descendants of Eve will just go with all snakes are evil and not worry about it, we just do not touch snakes...Right? This snake was living on Mimi and Scott's plants at the front door, he is just a garter snake and he eats bugs too. Cool right? But remember if it looks like a snake, and slithers like a snake, it is a snake.

Mimi and "Hotts"

Well, here it is the finished project, how long does it take two people to Vinyl side a house?  My thanks to Habitat for humanity for making it seem so simple.  The door is a brick red color so feng shui.  It took us awhile but we really did enjoy the process. In fact inspired the neighbor to do the same. So copying is the best form of flattery, and should improve the neighborhood as well. But the "el Chickamino" is still looking like a yard ornament at this point, yet another project.
The house needs some baby girls here to make some noise. Bailee was here this past weekend and of course played in the yellow bucket filled with water, picked a few strawberries, and saw a "nun nun"(bunny).  Incidentally just to clarify for Bryant and to help the girls with our nature lesson for today that is a Purple Martin house in the front yard, believe it or not they do not like to be near trees, and they like to be within so many feet of a house because they have learned that humans will protect them from predators, (like umm Marines).  Purple Martins, will come and "scout" out the digs and if they like the landlords on the way back from Brazil next year they may stop and colonize our "red neck" antenna, which would mean entertainment for us and a bad day for all the bugs in the area. So baby girls the lesson for the day is some birds help us by eating insects, and some of Mimi's children are the real pest.
